Manifesto:
- Stop taking us for fools. We want to follow leaders who believe that everyone's voice is of interest.
- Stop thinking that you get paid to have all the answers. We want to follow leaders who understand that they are dependent upon others to succeed.
- Stop looking at what we are today without seeing what we may become tomorrow. We want to follow leaders who believe in our potential and are committed to develop it.
- Stop taking umbrage when some team members take leadership. We want to follow leaders who are pleased to see other people than themselves guide the team.
- Stop constantly cover yourself with respect to your hierarchy. We want to follow leaders who show courage every day.
- Stop talking us only about the short-term. We want to follow leaders who anticipate and inspire by showing the way.
- Stop prescribing the "how" without explaining the "why". We want to follow leaders who enable meaning to emerge and who believe in the power of "why".
- Stop being distrustful of us, it looks like you do not trust yourself. We want to follow leaders who have confidence in themselves and, therefore, trust in others.
- Stop tracking errors. We want to follow leaders who encourage risk-taking, give the freedom to make mistakes because it is a source of learning.
